| " A Forest for the Trees" is a series of 12 large (2x4 feet) paintings of the Black Hills forest done from 2005 to 2010. It was shown for the first time at United Churches in Hot Springs, SD in May-June 2010. |

Hot Springs is a small town in the Southern Black Hills. An important Veteran's Administration Hospital is located there. Many of the communities citizens are veterans. |
